PC/ABS alloy

It is mainly used in automotive fan blades, fan frames, engine covers, rearview mirror brackets, engine covers, car or bus seats and other components, with the advantages of high heat resistance, high strength, high surface, etc., which can meet the customized needs of customers.

Modified PP

It is the material with the largest amount of material used in the whole vehicle, and is used in the interior, exterior decoration, and engine periphery, and has different characteristics according to different application components. The material used in the air-conditioning system is PP-TD20 material, which has high strength, high heat resistance, and long-term heat and oxygen aging resistance; Interior door panels, instrument panels, columns, etc. are mostly PP+EPDM-TD20, which has the characteristics of good rigidity, weather resistance, long-term thermal and oxidative aging resistance, scratch resistance, low odor, low VOC, etc., and the bumpers, fenders, and side panels of the exterior system have the characteristics of high toughness, high weather resistance, low linear expansion coefficient, and good paint adhesion.

It is mainly used in igniter brackets, ashtrays, air conditioning outlet blades, etc., with the advantages of low density, low warpage, high strength and high heat resistance, which can meet the customized needs of customers.
