2. TERMS OF B2B SERVICE

2.1 Technical Specifications & Customization

All modified plastic resins (PP, PET, HDPE, PA66, PC/ABS) and finished injection-molded components are manufactured in strict accordance with the mutually agreed Technical Data Sheets (TDS) or product drawings.

2.2 Global Compliance

Sochen Materials guarantees that all specified food-grade or industrial materials comply with international safety standards including BPA-Free, FDA/LFGB, or RoHS requirements as specified in the contract agreements.

3. B2B SHIPPING & RETURNS POLICY

As an international industrial manufacturer conducting wholesale and contract manufacturing, our shipping and return operations strictly align with international commercial terms (Incoterms 2020).

3.1 Shipping & Delivery Terms

• Standard Terms: We primarily operate under FOB (Free on Board) Chinese major ports (e.g., Shanghai, Ningbo, Shenzhen) or CIF (Cost, Insurance, and Freight) to your designated destination port (e.g., Quito, Guayaquil, Manila, Los Angeles).

• Lead Time: Standard production lead time for customized resins or molded components is typically 15–30 days upon receipt of advanced deposit and final drawing confirmation, subject to container scheduling.

3.2 Inspection & Quality Acceptance

• Receiving Inspection: Upon arrival of the cargo container at the destination port, the buyer has 15 business days to inspect the batch consistency, material quality, or component dimensions against the agreed sample or TDS.

• Batch Consistency: Any claims regarding material tolerance or defect rates must be submitted in writing with official lab testing data or photographic evidence within this 15-day window.

3.3 Returns, Refunds & Remolding

• Because all products are custom-compounded or custom-molded to individual client specifications, we do not accept unauthorized returns for non-defective wholesale goods.

• Our Quality Guarantee: In the rare event that a batch is verified to fall short of the agreed contract specifications, Sochen Material will assume full responsibility. We will arrange acomplimentary factory re-production/re-molding or issue a correspondingcommercial credit refund for the affected batch.
