Sochen safe, non-toxic modified plastics for electric toys combine good impact resistance, flexibility and processability. Compliant with EN71 and ASTM F963 toy safety standards, our materials are suitable for toy shells, moving parts and interactive components.
Reinforced nylon (PA) material
It is used in power tool structural supports, housings, connecting rods, etc. Peculiarity: 1. Indicates smooth, no floating fibers; 2. It has excellent dyeability; 3. Excellent molding processing performance, appearance and rigidity. 4. Good dimensional stability; 5. High service life, high temperature resistance, good fatigue resistance, high strength and other characteristics.

Glass fiber reinforced polypropylene (PP) material
Halogen-free flame retardant PC+ABS
Used in power tool battery chargers. Features: 1. High flow, excellent comprehensive physical and mechanical properties, 2. Resistant to drop and cracking, 3. Good flame retardant performance;4. High tracking resistance.
It is used in power tool housings and structural components. Features: 1. Cooperate with the optimized design to make the noise lower and vibration smaller; 2. It has excellent high and low temperature resistance; 3. It has excellent dyeability; 4. It has excellent oil resistance and scratch resistance; 5. It has good dielectric properties; 6. It has excellent surface finish; 7. Excellent molding performance and appearance;8. Good dimensional stability.
Mineral powder reinforced polypropylene (PP) material
It is mainly used in electric drill shells, cleaning machine gun barrels, coil shells and other components, with the advantages of high strength, high welding strength, high surface, etc., which can meet the requirements of customer customization.
